85pg Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to 85pg. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the 85pg platform, available at 85pg.best, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, tips, and other features.

85pg is an entertainment platform focused on the Brazilian market, operating in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation, including consumer protection laws and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you, the user, and 85pg. The most current version of this document will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 85pg and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be physically present in Brazilian territory at the time of use;
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) that is active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be listed on any gaming exclusion list or enrolled in a self-exclusion program with 85pg;
• Not be an employee, contractor, immediate family member, or service provider of 85pg;
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

85pg reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as RG, CNH, or proof of address) at any time. Failure to provide these documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

2.1 One Account per User

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on 85pg. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method will be detected and closed. In cases of duplicate accounts, 85pg may hold the funds and void any winnings obtained.

3. Your Account

Once your account is created, you are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account.

3.1 Account Security

We recommend that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your security settings;
• Use a strong, unique password for your 85pg account;
• Never share your credentials with third parties;
• Notify 85pg support immediately if you detect unauthorized access or suspect your account has been compromised.

3.2 Account Information

You must keep your registration details up to date. Any changes to personal information (address, phone number, Pix key) must be reported to 85pg through support. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Inactive Account

An account is considered inactive when there has been no login, deposit, bet, or access for more than 12 (twelve) consecutive months. Inactive accounts with a positive balance may be subject to an administrative fee of R$ 5.00 per month after the inactivity period, unless otherwise communicated to the user by email with 30 days' notice.

4. Deposits

85pg accepts the following deposit methods available in Brazil:

• Pix — instant, fee-free, available 24/7;
• Boleto bancário — settlement period of up to 1 business day;
• Credit & Debit Card — immediate processing for most banks;
• PicPay — instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — instant processing.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. 85pg does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or card provider are the user's responsibility.

4.1 Balance and Currency

All 85pg account balances are held in Brazilian Reais (R$ / BRL). Deposits in other currencies are not accepted. Any foreign currency conversion required for international card transactions is handled by the card issuer, not by 85pg.

5. Withdrawals

85pg processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix to bank accounts registered in the account holder's name. The standard processing time is up to 2 (two) minutes for most withdrawals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00;
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to additional identity verification within up to 24 hours;
• Platinum and Diamond members of the VIP Program receive top-priority processing.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Having completed identity verification (KYC) on the account;
• Have sufficient available balance to cover the withdrawal amount;
• Having used the same deposit method for at least one previous deposit on the account;
• Having no open bets that would affect the available balance.

85pg does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any banking fees are the responsibility of the user and the receiving bank.

6. Sports Betting

85pg offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), tennis, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2), and many more.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered valid only after the electronic confirmation is displayed on screen and the corresponding amount is debited from the account balance. If a technical failure occurs during the bet registration process, the bet may be voided at no cost to the user.

6.2 Live Betting & Odds

Odds may change at any time before a bet is definitively confirmed. For live bets, odds reflect the current state of the event at the exact moment of acceptance. 85pg reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets in the event of circumstances that could affect the integrity of the odds.

6.3 Cancellations and Results

If an event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded. If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets are carried over to the new date. For reschedulings of more than 48 hours, bets are automatically refunded. Results follow the official decisions of the event's governing bodies.

6.4 Cash Out

Cash Out (early bet settlement) is available on most Sports Betting markets at 85pg. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than the original amount wagered. 85pg reserves the right to suspend Cash Out on any event or market without prior notice.

7. Casino & Games

85pg offers a full Casino section, including Live Casino with real dealers, slots from international providers, crash games, and other table games. Each game has its own specific rules, available within the interface of each game mode.

7.1 RTP & Randomness

All casino games available on 85pg use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) for each slot and casino game is available on that title's information page. 85pg does not interfere with the outcomes of Live Casino games, which are determined by dealers and physical equipment in licensed studios.

7.2 Technical Failures

If a technical failure interrupts a casino game during an active round, 85pg will investigate the incident and make the fairest decision for the user based on system records. Bets affected by verified technical failures may be refunded or corrected at 85pg's discretion.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

85pg periodically offers welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions for new and existing users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general terms in this section in the event of a conflict.

8.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Granted bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before the bonus amount or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard minimum rollover is 5x (five times) the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50. The specific conditions for each promotion will be stated on the offer page.

8.2 Eligibility and Limitations

• Welcome bonuses are available for the first deposit on each account only;
• Only one promotion may be active at a time, unless otherwise stated;
• 85pg reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time;
• Bonuses obtained through promotion abuse or duplicate accounts will be cancelled.

9. Responsible Gambling

85pg is committed to responsible gambling. Betting should be a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. We provide tools to help you stay in control of your activity on the platform.

9.1 Available Tools

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Bet limits: set maximum limits per bet or per session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account at any time;
• Verified reality: receive alerts about your play time and betting history.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Use of the 85pg platform is subject to compliance with the conduct rules below. The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or in someone else's name;
• Use of automated software (bots) to place bets or access the platform;
• Manipulation of sporting events or participation in match-fixing schemes;
• Bonus or promotion abuse, including coordinating across accounts to artificially meet rollover requirements;
• Money laundering or use of the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties;
• Any attempt to hack, compromise, or undermine the security of the platform or other users;
• Use of the account by or on behalf of anyone under 18.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

85pg reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at any time, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete the identity verification process (KYC) within the requested timeframe;
• Request by the user themselves (voluntary closure);
• Order from a competent authority or court decision.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 85pg may hold the account balance until internal investigations are complete. Funds confirmed as legitimate will be returned to the account holder within 30 business days after the investigation concludes.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 85pg support. Your available balance will be transferred via Pix to your registered key after identity verification, within up to 5 business days.

12. Privacy & Data Protection (LGPD)

85pg processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data collected includes registration information (full name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone number), platform usage data, and financial information required for processing deposits and withdrawals. No personal information is sold or shared with third parties without the account holder's authorization, except where required by law.

You have the following rights guaranteed under the LGPD:

• Access to your personal data held by 85pg;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Portability of your data to another provider;
• Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent, where applicable;

13. Limitation of Liability

85pg provides its services on an as-is basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows or due to unforeseen technical issues.

85pg is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user;
• Processing delays or failures caused by third parties (banks, card providers, fintechs);
• Unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own failure to safeguard their credentials;
• Service outages caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, national infrastructure failures, regulatory decisions).

Under no circumstances shall 85pg's total liability to a specific user exceed the amount of the available balance in that user's account at the time the damaging event occurred.

14. Changes to These Terms

85pg may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, users will be notified by email at least 15 (fifteen) days before those changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms will be treated as tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

The most recent version of these Terms will always be available on this page, along with the date of the last update.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the 85pg platform shall be subject to applicable Brazilian legislation.

For consumer-related matters, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) and other applicable protective legislation in Brazil shall apply.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled in the court of the user's place of residence in Brazil, in accordance with the applicable Code of Civil Procedure.
